Thales: wins contracts for Hong Kong airport

(CercleFinance.com) - Thales has won two contracts with Hong Kong Airport, and will hence contribute to modernising and extending of the shuttle system connecting the terminals.


The terms of the deal were not been specified.

Thales said in a statement that it will ensure the modification of line signalling at the Airport People Mover, the automatic shuttle that provides a connection between the Hong Kong Skypier and the airport's terminals. The group will also equip the new trainsets with embedded signalling systems.
