Michelin: a shake-up in governance ahead?

(CercleFinance.com) - According to Les Echos, the future boss of Michelin, Florent Menegaux, is preparing to have a management team at his hand.


Indeed, he who will officially take over from Jean-Dominique Senard at the head of the tyre maker at its AGM on 17 May is expected to unveil, at a meeting to be held on 28 March at the Carrousel du Louvre, in Paris, changes that will take effect on that date.

According to the French business daily this will include reducing the number of members of the executive committee from 13 to 10, and replace his number two - Yves Chapot - by Scott Clark, in charge of North America.
