Wendel: quarterly turnover up 8.4%
(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel reports a Net Asset Value (NAV) as at 31 March 2023 of 7.
66 billion euros, or 172.5 euros per share, up 2.8% since the beginning of the year.
The investment group announces that it has realised consolidated revenue of 2181 million euros for the 1st quarter, up 10.4% on a reported basis, of which +8.4% organically over the year.
The group particularly highlights strong growth in Constantia Flexibles (+21.8 %), CPI (+18.0 %) and Bureau Veritas (+8.9 %).
However, revenue for Stahl is showing a decline of -8.6%, affected by a slow start for the specialty coatings sector in the first quarter, with ACAMS showing a -14% decline for the first quarter.
