Wendel: changes in top management

(CercleFinance.com) - Investment group Wendel announces that by mutual agreement, it has decided to terminate its collaboration with Bernard Gautier, group deputy CEO for 16 years, and member of the executive board.
The reasons for this decision were not specified.

Wendel has announced the appointment of David Darmon to its Executive Board, associate director and CEO of Wendel North America, as group deputy CEO, alongside its Chairman, André Francois-Poncet. To begin with, he will remain based in New York.

Three Deputy CEOs have also been appointed: Jérôme Michiels (Group Finance Director), Josselin de Roquemaurel (Co-Head of Investment Activities in French-speaking Europe) and Félicie Thion de la Chaume (CEO of Wendel London).

In addition, Stéphanie Besnier, co-head of the investment activity in French-speaking Europe, will also be responsible for Wendel Lab's development, while Adam Reinmann becomes CEO of Wendel North America.
