Faurecia: analyst confirms estimates, says 'buy'

(CercleFinance.com) - The broker Invest Securities believes that after suspending its guidance at the end of March, Faurecia still lacks visibility to reformulate its targets.


Analysts still say that the publication of Q1 2020 sales provided the group with an opportunity to clarify several reassuring points on its margin and cash burn, confirming that the group seems to be in a good standing to avoid too great a deterioration in its situation.

Analysts say that their 2020/22e EPS estimates, which they have already cut by -72%/-40%/-17%, remain unchanged after this publication. They add that the Spin-off planned at the end of 2020 should support or even amplify the share's revaluation.

Invest Securities confirms its buy rating on the share, with a target target price of 42.4, a fraction off the previous 42.8 euros. The Faurecia share entered its "IS Selection" in early November 2019.
