Faurecia: Invest Securities raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - In a report issued on Monday morning, Invest Securities has raised its target price on the Faurecia stock from 60 euros to 67 euros, while maintaining its "neutral" rating.


The broker points out that the automotive supplier has once again slightly exceeded expectations in 2017. However, Faurecia has only slightly increased one of its estimates - its 2018 Ebita margin.

Ahead of the group's CMD on 15 May, which should be devoted to its 'new ambitions 2020' and lead to a sharper increase in its 2018/2020 guidance, Invest Securities has decided to raise its forecasts, targeting 8% in 2020. In addition, it has not ruled out announcements of significant M&A this year.
