Eurazeo: raises E1bn for SME IV fund - exceeds target

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo announces that it has raised more than one billion euros for the SME IV fund, i.
e. over 50% more than the previous fund.

This success illustrates the success and attractiveness of our strategy dedicated to the international development of French SMEs that are leaders in their sector, Eurazeo said.

Moreover, the share of institutional and private investors has reached 60% compared to 38% for the previous fund.

These investors include leading institutional investors - asset managers, sovereign wealth funds and insurance companies - and family investors from France (64%), Europe outside France (24%), and Asia (12%).
