Eurazeo: in talks to invest in Sevetys

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to investing in Sevetys, one of the largest groups of veterinary clinics in France, which has over 200 clinics nationwide.


The investment and asset management group specifies that the investment in this company, which was founded in 2017, and which is posting strong development, would be made by funds managed by Eurazeo Mid Cap SA teams.

The transaction remains subject to consultation with Sevetys' employee representative bodies and approval by the competition authorities. The financial details of this investment could be communicated later.
