Eurazeo: agreement to acquire Scaled Agile

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Scaled Agile, the leading provider of professional training content and certifications, as well as the digital platform for the implementation of agile practices.


The investment group and its partners will hold a majority stake and invest approximately 300 million dollars, alongside existing investors Leeds Equity Partners and the Scaled Agile management team.

The transaction's completion, which is expected by the end of 2021, remains subject to customary conditions precedent for such transactions. The final terms of the deal will be announced upon completion.
