Eurazeo: completes sale of stake in Iberchem
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo Capital has announced that it has completed the sale of the entire share capital of Iberchem, in which it has been a shareholder since July 2017.
It has sold this stake to Croda International, in a transaction that was announced last week. "Over the last three years, Iberchem has significantly reinforced its position as a leading global producer of fragrances and flavours focusing on local and regional brands in high-growth international markets," the company notes. The proceeds from the sale represent 564 million euros for Eurazeo and its partners, of which Eurazeo's share amounts to 383 million euros.
