Eurazeo: Berenberg initiates coverage with 'hold' rating

(CercleFinance.com) - Berenberg has begun to monitor the Eurazeo stock with a "hold" rating and a target price of 68.
5 euros, noting the company's expertise as a "value creator" - its net assets have posted average annual growth of 15.2% since 2011.

"Current strategic focus is the transition to a dualmodel with fast development of its asset management business at its core," the broker comments in its report.

"However, we believe the company is still at an early stage of its transitionand the main driver of the share price will remain the balance sheet portfolioin the medium term."
