Eurazeo: becomes majority shareholder of 2RH

(CercleFinance.com) - 2RH Group (the holding company for the brands Shark Helmets, Bering, Bagster, Segura & Cairn) has just confirmed that Eurazeo PME has become its new majority shareholder.
Eurazeo joins NAXICAP and management.

2RH group is the French industry leader in motorbike and outdoor equipment.

“This transaction should enable 2R Holding to accelerate its growth trajectory by reinforcing its position as leader in France and Europe, in particular thanks to external growth operations”, indicates the Group.
