Eurazeo: finalises an acquisition

(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Thursday Eurazeo announced that it has taken a 70% stake in the company Idinvest Partners.


On 5 February Eurazeo announced a definitive agreement between the parties, by which IDI, an investment company that is listed on Euronext Paris, undertook to sell its entire stake in Idinvest, i.e. 51% of the capital.

This transaction is an integral part of Eurazeo's long-term strategy to become a reference partner for businesses and entrepreneurs at all stages of their development. It also supports its dual business model by developing third-party fund management.
