Bic: completes acquisition of Djeep

(CercleFinance.com) - Disposable consumer products group Bic has said that it has completed the acquisition of Djeep for a total of 40 million euros.


There will also be a deferred consideration, based on Djeep future sales growth

Djeep reported 2019 net sales of 14 million euros, mainly in Europe, but also in the United States, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
