BIC: launches second phase of Transformation plan

(CercleFinance.com) - The group announces a new stage in the implementation of its transformation plan "Bic 2022 - Invent the Future".


This second phase of the plan will focus on implementing structures that will further improve overall efficiency and support growth for all of the Group's businesses.

This second phase is expected to generate savings of around 25 million euros per year from the end of 2022, in addition to the 20 million euros announced in February.

The plan's implementation will mean for the creation of approximately 400 new jobs worldwide. It could also result in the elimination of approximately 450 jobs, mainly in administrative functions.
