Pernod Ricard: creates new business entity

(CercleFinance.com) - Pernod Ricard has announced the creation of a new business entity.


This aims to grow its direct-to-consumer sales channels and support their geographical expansion, as well as launch new services and innovative products to better meet and anticipate consumer demand.

From 2 November 2022, The Whisky Exchange, Drinks & Co and Bodeboca will be combined in this new business unit. This new entity will operate as an autonomous business unit within Pernod Ricard, reporting to top management.
