Bouygues: completes sale of 11 million Alstom shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues has announced the successful sale of 11 million Alstom shares, representing 2.
96% of the transport equipment manufacturer's share capital, at a price of 45.35 euros per share, totaling 499 million euros.

After this transaction, which was completed as a placement with qualified investors through an accelerated bookbuilding process, the conglomerate will retain just 0.16% of Alstom's share capital.
