Bouygues: sells 11m Alstom shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues, which to date had a stake in Alstom of about 32.
9 million shares (approximately 14.5% of its capital), has announced its intention to sell 11 million of its shares (i.e. 4.8% of the group's capital).

Bouygues concluded a futures sale with BNP Paribas, which will be settled on 3 November 2020. After the sale, Bouygues' remaining stake will amount to just 9.7% of Alstom's capital.

In September 2019, Bouygues had already sold 29.15 million Alstom shares.
