Bouygues: contract for accommodation in Monaco

(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues Construction announces that Richelmi, a subsidiary jointly owned by Bouygues Bâtiment France Europe and J B Pastor & Fils, has won a 150 million euro contract to build 192 housing units in La Colle district of Monaco.


Comprising four twelve-storey buildings, Grand Ida is helping to restructure the district. In addition to housing, the project includes a home for people with reduced mobility, retail space, offices, a crèche and a car park.

This project is part of the national housing plan for Monegasques launched in 2019. Works began in early June 2020, with 200 workers during peak periods, with delivery scheduled for 2023.
