Accor: renews mandate of company boss

(CercleFinance.com) - Accor announces that, at its next AGM of 30 April 2020, its board of directors has unanimously decided to propose the renewal of the mandate of its CEO, Sébastien Bazin, for a period of three years.


This proposal reflects board of directors' renewed confidence in its leader and its choice to continue with the execution of the company's strategic roadmap, the French hotel giant said.
