AccorHotels: raises bid for Orbis

(CercleFinance.com) - AccorHotels today announced a final increase in its proposed price for Orbis shares, raising its tender offer per share from 87 zlotys to 95 zlotys.

The other terms and conditions of its offer remain unchanged.

This amount means a premium of 30.5% compared to the share's price at close on 23 November 2018 (the last closing price before the bid was announced) and is 9.2% higher than the previous bid price of 87 zlotys per share.

On 26 November 2018, the group launched a takeover bid for 21,800,593 Orbis shares, i.e. 47.31% of the company's share capital, at a price of 87 zlotys per share.

"The Offer remains unconditional. In accordance with the Tender Offer circular, the subscription period of the Offer ends on January 18, 2019," the group said.
