AccorHotels: UBS adjusts its target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Today a UBS analyst revised trimmed his target price for the hotel giant AccorHotels stock from 57.
75 euros to 55.75 euros, after making adjustments to the Accor model following the addition of IFRS15 information.

Despite this cut, he nevertheless maintains his “buy” rating on the stock.

UBS' target price therefore joins the intrinsic value (increased from 49.5 euros to 55 euros) that Bryan Garnier communicated this morning, which also reinstates it "buy" rating on the stock, believing that the group has key assets in the hotel sector.
