Vallourec: new General Counsel
(CercleFinance.com) - Vallourec announces the appointment of Nathalie Joannes to the post of General Counsel and Member of the Executive Committee, as of 4 July.
She succeeds Claire Langelier, who will leave the group after seven years as Legal Director and General Counsel. Prior to joining the seamless tube manufacturer, Nathalie Joannes was Executive Vice President Legal And Compliance & General Counsel at LEO Pharma. She has also worked at the headquarters of Roquette Frères in Lille as Group Legal Director. “Nathalie has extensive global industry experience. She will be instrumental in the transformation of Vallourec which is now well underway”, says Philippe Guillemot, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Vallourec.
