Vallourec: JP Morgan Chase stake above 5% of capital

(CercleFinance.com) - JP Morgan Chase & Co has informed the AMF that on 4 September, via subsidiary JP Morgan Securities plc, its stake in Vallourec's capital exceeded the threshold of 5%, with it now indirectly holding 5.
07% of the group's capital and 4.94% of its voting rights.

The breaking of this threshold results from an OTC purchase of shares in the seamless tube manufacturer.
