L'Oréal: UBS likes Aesop acquisition

(CercleFinance.com) - Reviewing its acquisition of Aesop, UBS confirms its "buy" rating on L'Oréal shares, maintaining its target price for them at 404 euros, which gives the share of the world's number one cosmetics company 5% upside potential.


"Hypothetical acquisition of Aesop by L'Oreal would prove immediately accretive to group's LFL and Gross margin," the broker said, forecasting that Aesop could reach billionaire status by 2026.
