TotalEnergies: Oddo maintains Outperform rating

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo maintains its Outperform rating on TotalEnergies shares, along with its target price of 69 euros.


The broker believes that the group's announcement to sell all or part of its service stations to the Canadian group Couche-tard for 3.1 billion euros excluding leases (3.7 billion euros including leases) is right. The transaction amounts to E3.1bn excluding leases (E3.7bn including leases).

his deal confirms the group's sound strategy to improve its convenience offer, which is key to increasing the profitability of service stations, while accelerating the transition. This is achieved by monetising certain assets in a satisfactory manner, the broker notes.
