CNP Assurances: La Banque Postale holds 97.7% of capital

(CercleFinance.com) - A notice from the AMF says that at the close of its simplified takeover bid (OPAS), La Banque Postale holds 670,638,249 CNP Assurances shares, i.
e. 97.67% of the company's capital and 98.49% of its voting rights.

During the period of the offer, i.e. from 2 to 31 May inclusive, the offeror bought 60,364,963 shares at a unit price of 20.90 euros under the semi-centralised procedure by Euronext Paris, in addition to 24,944,018 shares on the market.

The notice specifies that the settlement and delivery of the offer will take place according to the schedule communicated by Euronext Paris, and that CNP Assurances shares are suspended until further notice.
