CNP Assurances: transfer of contracts from Allianz France

(CercleFinance.com) - CNP Assurances and Allianz France have announced that they have completed the transfer of savings contracts from Allianz France to CNP Assurances.


This transfer includes more than 20,000 life insurance and capitalisation
savings contracts with total assets of 2.1 billion euros.

Initiated as part of the merger between the La Banque Postale group and
CNP Assurances, this transfer confirms CNP Assurances' position as the
group's sole insurer, management said.
