CNP Assurances: announces two new appointments

(CercleFinance.com) - CNP Assurances announces that the board of directors of Arial CNP Assurances, which met yesterday, has appointed Bruno Angles to the post of Vice President, to succeed André Renaudin.


Christian Borsoni has also been appointed Managing Director of Arial CNP Assurances from 21 December. He will also have the responsibility for supplementary pensions within AG2R La Mondiale, as a member of the Executive Committee, succeeding Patrice Bonin.

As a reminder, Arial CNP Assurances groups together the supplementary pensions business and the teams of CNP Assurances and AG2R La Mondiale.
