CNP Assurances: new CEO from mid-April

(CercleFinance.com) - CNP Assurances has announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Stéphane Dedeyan as its new Chief Executive Officer.


He will succeed Antoine Lissowski, whose term of office will end at the end of the combined general meeting of shareholders on 16 April, when he will retire.

After studies at HEC, inter alia,, Stéphane Dedeyan began his career as a consultant at Eurosept, followed by AT Kearney. After moving to Athéna Assurances, he held several positions of responsibility at Generali from 1999.

From 2011 to 2017, he chaired the Personal Insurance Commission of the FFA (French Insurance Federation). In October 2018, he joined Groupe VYV, of which he has been the CEO since February 2019.
