CNP Assurances: successful E750m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - CNP Assurances has announced a successful bond issue amounting to 750 million euros, maturing on 30 June 2051.

This issue offers a fixed interest rate of 2.5% until 30 June 2031.

The bond was placed with over 100 investors, mainly based in France, the United Kingdom and Ireland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain and Switzerland, with the order book exceeding 1.2 billion euros.
