Carrefour: EU approves 2 joint ventures with Altarea

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has approved the creation of two joint ventures by Altarea and Carrefour.


The SNC Altacar Sartrouville joint venture will own and operate a shopping centre called "Robert Schuman" located in Sartrouville, near Paris.

Meanwhile, the SNC Altacar Nantes joint venture will own and operate a shopping centre called "La Beaujoire" in Nantes.

The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns, given its very limited impact on the market structure.
