Carrefour: could sell its Chinese subsidiaries

(CercleFinance.com) - According to Bloomberg, Carrefour is studying different scenarios for its Chinese activities, including their total or partial sale.


The French retailer will look into this matter with the help of specific advisors. The value of Carrefour's Chinese subsidiaries is around one billion dollars, i.e. about 875 million euros, Bloomberg adds.

At this point, it adds that no decision has yet been made.
