Safran: raises outlook for 2022

(CercleFinance.com) - Safran has raised its sales and free cash flow outlook for 2022 (on a current basis), to reflect the dollar's appreciation and the significant payments made to customers on account.


The aerospace and security technology group is now targeting revenue of between 18.2 to 18.4 billion euros, with free cash flow generation of 2.4 billion euros, while confirming its target of an underlying operating margin of around 13%.

In H1 Safran doubled its adjusted net profit (group share) to 536 million euros and improved its underlying operating margin by 2.6 points to 12.2% on adjusted revenue of 8.56 billion euros, up 24.5% (+17.3% in organic terms).
