Safran: new CEO from 1 January

(CercleFinance.com) - Safran has announced the appointment of Olivier Andriès, as Chief Executive Officer and Director from 1 January 2021, to the position vacated by Philippe Petitcolin who, in accordance with his commitment, having made his mandate available to the Board of Directors to allow the co-option of his successor.


Since September 2020, Olivier Andriès has been Executive Vice President. He joined Safran in 2008 as Deputy CEO, in charge of strategy and development, and in 2015 was appointed CEO of Safran Aircraft Engines.
