Safran: Oddo reduces its recommendation

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo reduces its recommendation to 'Neutral' (from 'Buy' on the share) with an unchanged price target of 136 euros.

The share offers a potential of only 6% compared to its target price.

Oddo considers that the uncertainty as to the date on which the B737 Max is set to return, could in the end have repercussions on the stock's value.

The analysts comment that the longer it is grounded for, the more complicated it will be for airlines to organise its return (without mentioning simulator training and the preference for taking delivery of craft only at the end of the winter season).
