Safran: announces several appointments

(CercleFinance.com) - Safran has announced the appointment of Hélène Moreau-Leroy as Director of the Zodiac integration project.


She will be in charge of preparing the integration of Zodiac Aerospace, which will be implemented following Safran's public offering. From 2013 until this latest appointment, she was Chief Executive Officer of Safran Transmission Systems.

Franck Saudo has also been named CEO of Safran Transmission Systems, taking over from Hélène Moreau-Leroy in this role. He joined Safran in 2011 as Deputy CEO in charge of Strategy and Development. In July 2013, he was named Vice President, Support & Services at Turbomeca.
