Covivio: 6.1% increase in 2019 EPRA NAV per share

(CercleFinance.com) - Covivio has published FY 2019 EPRA NAV of 9.
3 billion euros (+12% y-o-y), or 105.8 euros per share (+6.1%), with EPRA earnings of 452 million euros (+19 %), or 5.31 euros per share (+4.4%, exceeding the guidance of over 3%).

"2019 has been again a rewarding year for Covivio, with a portfolio of E24 billion, ever more focused on the large European cities," Christophe Kullmann, the company's CEO, who also mentioned an eight-billion-euro development pipeline.

The real estate company intends to propose a dividend of 4.80 euros per share, up 4%, with shareholders having the option of receiving payment in shares, with it targeting 2020 EPRA Earnings per share of over 5.40 euros.
