TF1: completes sale of TF1 Games and Dujardin

(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Thursday TF1 announced that it has completed the sale of TF1 Games and Dujardin, leading toy and game publishers in France, to Jumbodiset.


TF1 Games and Dujardin are publishers of benchmark games such as "Mille Bornes", but also new successes such as "Burger Quiz".

For the media group, this sale is part of TF1 Entertainment's development strategy around its content and flagship brands.
