Ubisoft: new Star Wars game with Lucasfilm Games

(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Wednesday Ubisoft announced its collaboration with Lucasfilm Games for the development of a new game anchored in the Star Wars universe.


According to Ubisoft, the project, "gathers some of the most experienced, innovative talent in the video games industry" and leverages the cutting-edge technologies developed by Massive - including the powerful Snowdro game engine - to create an innovative and groundbreaking Star Wars adventure.

"This is the beginning of a long-term collaboration with Disney and Lucasfilm Games, and we are pleased to be working hand-in-hand to build upon the incredible legacy of Lucasfilm to create a game that we know Star Wars fans will love", said Yves Guillemot, co-founder and CEO of Ubisoft.
