Hermes: euphoric as health restrictions eased in China

5% today, Hermès shares have jumped about 14% in three trading sessions, on the announcement that Shanghai is beginning to downscale its health restrictions after a six-week nightmare for its inhabitants.

Investors seem to have decided that to put this trauma behind them, Chinese people will first rush to the luxury shops... although saying this could be a bold bet.
