Hermès: returns to growth in Q3

(CercleFinance.com) - Hermès International has posted 9m 2020 sales of 4,288 million euros, down 14% at current and constant exchange rates, albeit with a return to growth in the third quarter.


Sales over Q3 increased by 7% at constant exchange rates and by 4% at current exchange rates, driven by strong activity in the group's shops (+12% at constant exchange rates), the momentum in Asia and a significant improvement in all other regions.

The luxury group said, "In the medium term, despite growing economic, geopolitical and monetary uncertainties around the world, the Group confirms an ambitious goal for revenue growth at constant exchange rates".
