Atos: agrees to acquire EcoAct

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire EcoAct, an internationally recognized carbon reduction strategy consulting firm, which provides services to over 400 clients through four international offices.


This acquisition will support Atos' aims for decarbonation and will enrich its portfolio of digital solutions, services and strategies to accompany its clients at each stage of their path towards carbon neutrality.

Based in Paris, EcoAct has over 150 employees and climate experts worldwide. The deal's closure should take place in the second half of the year, subject to final approval by both companies' governance bodies.
