Sopra Steria: acquires Sodifrance
(CercleFinance.com) - Sopra Steria has signed an agreement to acquire a controlling stake of 94.
03% in Sodifrance's capital. The purchase price has been set at 62.8 million euros for 100% of the capital. Sopra Steria will pay for this fully in cash.
