Nexans: preliminary talks with Cenergy Holdings

(CercleFinance.com) - In response to a press release from Cenergy Holdings of Greece, Nexans says that it regularly discusses with potential targets, including Cenergy Holdings, as part of its strategic review process.


However, the French cable manufacturer adds that discussions with Cenergy Holdings are at this stage just "preliminary" and that additional information will be provided as appropriate.
