STE: MH Puccini falls below 5%.

(CercleFinance.com) - MH Puccini, a non-trading company controlled by the Malakoff Humanis group, reported to the AMF that on January 17 it had fallen below the thresholds of 10% and 5% of the capital and voting rights of Société de la Tour Eiffel (STE), following a capital increase.


The declarant stated that it held 1,837,157 Société de la Tour Eiffel shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 1.38% of the capital and voting rights of this service-sector property company (unrelated to the eponymous monument).
