Bénéteau: targets 2023 sales of over E1,660m

(CercleFinance.com) - The pleasure boat group closed FY 2022 with revenues of E1,508m, up 22.
9% on a reported basis compared to 2021.

Current Operating Income (OI) amounted to E154.7m, or 10.3% of revenues. This represents growth of 61.5%. This +2.5 point improvement in its current operating margin is consistent between the two divisions (Boats +2.4 points to 10.5% and Housing +2.8 points to 8.9%), the group said.

Consolidated EBITDA amounted to E229.2m, i.e. 15.2% of revenues (14.8% in 2021), up 26.2%.

Net income amounted to E103.1m, up 40.5% compared with 2021. Free cash flow generated during the year amounted to E28m.

The Group's revenues should thus exceed EUR 1,660m in 2023, representing growth of more than 10% compared with 2022. Profit from recurring operations is expected to exceed EUR 170 million, or 10.3% of revenues, in line with the new profitability target presented on 5 December 2022.
