Icade: raises FY estimates again

(CercleFinance.com) - Icade shares are up over 1% today, after the company increased its net current cash flow (NCFC) forecasts for 2021 for the second time this year, at a CMD at which it said that it was in line with its 2022 roadmap.


The real estate group now expects group CFNC per share to grow by around 8%, excluding the effect of 2021 disposals, (compared with +5% previously) and by around +5% including the effect of 2021 disposals (compared with +3% previously).

Icade adds that the 2021 CFNC of the healthcare real estate company will be slightly higher than 251 million euros, and confirms its policy of a 3% increase in its 2021 dividend (definitive proposal of the Board of Directors at the AGM in April 2022).
