Icade: launches bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - The real estate group Icade has announced the launch of a 10-year benchmark bond issue this morning, the results of which will be released today after trading.


Subject to settlement of the issue, Icade will use part of the proceeds to finance the exercise of its early redemption option on the September 2022 issue (bearing interest at 1.875%).

The nominal amount outstanding at 11 January is 395.7 million euros (out of an initial amount of 500 million euros); the redemption price will be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the bond contract.
