Altran: stock leaps 8%; CEO ups stake

(CercleFinance.com) - The Altran Technologies share is up over 8% in Paris this morning, in pole position on the SBF 120 index, with the group's CEO Dominique Cerruti significantly increasing his stake in the group's capital.


A statement issued yesterday by the AMF reports that on 17 September, Mr. Cerutti bought 27,750 Altran shares at 7.18 euros each, representing a total purchase of around 200,000 euros.

All things being equal, he has significantly raised his exposure to the company he leads: according to the last reference document, Mr. Cerutti held 42,500 shares as of 31 December 2017.
